Goal:
to make visible the relational threads that unite the group through stories, memories, and meaningful gestures. (duration 2 hours, max 15 participants)
Key activities:
bond map: draw how you perceive the connections.
Walking in pairs: a shared memory in silence.
Crossed thoughts: "A gesture I haven’t forgotten."
Glances and cards: "When do I feel seen?"
Closing: "A connection I felt today is..."

The rhythm of the group

Goal:
to explore different ways of keeping pace within the group’s dynamics, with respect and awareness. (duration 2 hours, max 15 participants)

time-story: an episode that speeds up or slows down the rhythm. Alternating interview: discover how your colleague experiences time. Shared timeline: when the group is in sync. Key word: what would you like from the group’s rhythm?

Goal:

Gratitude exchange: anonymous words that nurture the group.
Symbolic gift: one word for the future of the team.

because often it is simple but genuine words that build a climate of trust and openness. (recommended for groups who want to communicate with greater care and presence)

Japanese Art, Kokedama and Zen Garden

Connection and creativity through Japanese art.

Kokedama: an activity that combines nature and craftsmanship, perfect for stimulating creativity and focus. Each participant or group will create their own kokedama, a moss and soil sphere that envelops the roots of a plant, learning the Japanese art of cultivation without a pot.
Zen Garden: an experience of meditation and mindfulness. The team will design a small zen garden, arranging sand, stones, and plants according to principles of balance and harmony, fostering reflection and teamwork.
Moribana: an experience of balance and harmony. Participants will create unique floral arrangements, exploring the aesthetics of emptiness and balance, perfect for stimulating creativity and attention to detail.

Harmony and well-being through yoga.

Si tratta di fornitori, partner commerciali e produttivi, intermediari, consulenti tecnici e medici e altri soggetti analoghi che collaborano con la nostra organizzazione per assolvere gli impegni contrattuali con lei assunti; soggetti che forniscono un servizio strettamente e necessariamente collegato all’attività del Titolare quali consulenti fiscali, banche, spedizionieri, assicurazioni, enti pubblici e privati, anche relativamente a ispezioni o verifiche; soggetti che possono accedere ai dati in forza di disposizioni di legge.

Diritti dell'interessato
 •	Diritto di accesso (art. 15 GDPR). Diritto dell’Interessato ad ottenere l’accesso ai propri dati e di porre reclamo all'autorità di controllo;
•	Diritto di rettifica (art. 16 GDPR). Diritto dell’Interessato ad ottenere dal Titolare del trattamento la rettifica dei dati personali inesatti che lo riguardano;
•	Diritto alla cancellazione (diritto all’oblio) (art. 17 GDPR). L’Interessato ha diritto di ottenere dal Titolare del trattamento la cancellazione dei dati personali che lo riguardano senza ingiustificato ritardo;

RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT:
