Our cuisine comes from the desire to tell the story of the local area through its finest ingredients, interpreted with a contemporary touch. We select seasonal produce, work with local suppliers and, whenever possible, use fresh vegetables and herbs from our own garden. We start from the flavours of tradition and make them lighter in a more contemporary way, without losing intensity, recognisability or authenticity. We also seek balance in the presentation of each dish, but never at the expense of substance. We do not see ourselves as a gourmet restaurant in the formal sense, but rather as a sincere and carefully considered table, where food remains genuine, vibrant and deeply connected to the territory.
The setting reflects the same spirit. Both the indoor and outdoor spaces speak of an old story, reinterpreted with a contemporary twist. Outside, the atmosphere is peaceful, surrounded by greenery and sheltered from traffic, making it ideal not only for a relaxed lunch or dinner, but also for private events and special occasions.
