The swimming pool

The Dandelion swimming pool is located in the most secluded part of the park, surrounded by greenery and centuries-old trees. It is a space designed for guests’ relaxation, with sunny areas and naturally shaded spots, parasols, sun loungers, and slightly secluded tables where you can take a break or enjoy a drink in peace. Here, guests can slow down, sunbathe, read, and enjoy a quiet and intimate atmosphere, just a few minutes from Como. To ensure the wellbeing of all guests, smoking is not allowed in the pool area. Swimming is possible from 1 June, or earlier if weather conditions allow.

L’Interessato potrà richiedere un elenco completo e aggiornato dei soggetti nominati responsabili del trattamento rivolgendosi al contatto sotto indicato.
I dati potranno essere trasferiti all’interno della Unione Europea, ove il Titolare o i suoi fornitori e collaboratori abbiano sede o abbiano i propri server. I dati non saranno trasferiti fuori dalla Unione Europea.

Diritti dell'interessato
 •	Diritto di accesso (art. 15 GDPR). Diritto dell’Interessato ad ottenere l’accesso ai propri dati e di porre reclamo all'autorità di controllo;
•	Diritto di rettifica (art. 16 GDPR). Diritto dell’Interessato ad ottenere dal Titolare del trattamento la rettifica dei dati personali inesatti che lo riguardano;
